If you drop a frame onto an object, it will inherit that object's properties. If you drop a frame onto any existing object, it will be resized to fully accommodate the object. If the object has a Link to a Movie or Menu, the frame will also inherit the link from the object. If you don't want the frame to pick-up the link, hold the SHIFT key while dragging.
